The Gocce d’Ambra thyme and rosemary wine jelly, has high antiseptic, digestive and balsamic properties thanks to the action of thyme and is rich of essential oils and avoiidi antioxidants typical of rosemary.
Our wine jellies recall the culinary story of the “Saba”, an ingredient whose echo dates back to passed times when must was cooked and thickened to sweeten dishes. With the use of wine and agar-agar, a natural thickening agent, Le Spiritose di Bologna have created a condiment suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes whose alcoholic taste is lively and intense. Two product lines are available: “Gocce di Granato” with red wine, apricot and chili or with cinnamon and cloves and “Gocce d’Ambra” with white wine, cocoa and chili or thyme and rosemary.
The wine jelly Gocce di Granato cinnamon and cloves, acts as a powerful natural antioxidant, stimulates the circulation and helps fight cholesterol thanks to the action of cinnamon; the cloves as well as stimulating circulation and also acting as a natural antioxidant, help digestion and tone the body.
The Gocce d’Ambra wine jelly cocoa and chilli pepper, is rich of antioxidants, deriving from cocoa, which help to fight the action of free radicals and has the vitamins a-c-e-k, potassium and finally carotenoids and lavonoids deriving from chilli.
The Gocce di Granato wine jelly apricot and chili pepper, contains various nutrients, vitamins and minerals from the apricot and is rich in vitamins a-c-e-k, potassium and finally carotenoids and lavonoids deriving from chilli.
